Refund Policy

Flyventure Tours And Travels Ltd (Company No. 17438733) acts as a booking agent on behalf of airlines, tour operators, hotels and other travel suppliers. Your contract for travel services is with the supplier named in your booking confirmation, and the supplier's own cancellation and refund terms apply to your booking alongside this policy.

Full refund within 24 hours of booking if departure is more than 7 days away.

After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to airline rules plus a £50 per person administration fee.

Non-refundable tickets are refunded per airline policy after deducting cancellation charges.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

Changes are allowed per airline availability and are subject to the airline change fee plus any fare difference plus a £30 administration fee.

No refund is due for a no-show.

We act as an agent for ATOL protected suppliers. We do not hold an ATOL licence. Where your booking is ATOL-protected, that protection is provided by the supplying third-party tour operator or airline under its own ATOL certificate, which will be confirmed to you in your booking documentation.

If an airline, tour operator or hotel cancels or significantly changes your booking, we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf. Your rights — including to a refund or alternative arrangements — are governed by the supplier's terms and any applicable regulations, such as UK/EU air passenger rights rules for eligible flights.

Submitting an enquiry through our website is free and does not create a booking, so no payment is taken at the enquiry stage and no refund situation can arise from an enquiry alone.
