Flyventure Tours And Travels Ltd ("we", "us") is a UK travel booking agent. Company No. 17438733. Registered office: 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

We act as an agent on behalf of airlines, tour operators, hotels and other travel suppliers ("suppliers"). When you book through us, your contract for the travel services is directly with the supplier named in your confirmation, and the supplier's terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms.

We do not hold an ATOL licence. Where your booking is ATOL-protected, that protection is provided by the supplying tour operator or airline under its own ATOL certificate, which will be confirmed to you in your booking documentation. Not all travel services we arrange are ATOL-protected; please ask us if you are unsure what protection applies to your booking.

Submitting an enquiry through this website is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side. Prices and availability shown on this website are indicative only and are not a live availability feed.

A booking is made only when we confirm availability and price to you, you accept, and the required payment or deposit has been received. We will then issue confirmation documentation naming the supplier and the applicable terms.

Quoted prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is fixed except where the supplier's terms permit surcharges (for example, certain fuel or currency surcharges), in which case we will inform you promptly and explain your options.

Payment terms, including deposits and balance due dates, will be confirmed to you before you commit.

You are responsible for providing accurate names and details exactly as they appear on travel documents, and for holding valid passports, visas and health documentation for your destination. We can offer general guidance but it is your responsibility to meet entry requirements.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking.

Amendments and cancellations are subject to the supplier's terms and any applicable charges, plus any administration fees notified to you in advance. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

As an agent, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of suppliers, nor for injury, loss or damage arising from the travel services themselves, except where caused by our own negligence or as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We will use reasonable skill and care in arranging your booking and in passing on information between you and the supplier.

We take care to keep this website accurate, but content (including indicative prices and package descriptions) is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
